Who is the Saudi mission & organization visit visa for?
This visit visa is for people travelling to Saudi Arabia on a mission or for an organization. It rests on a visa authorization or an invitation letter issued from Saudi Arabia: without that document, the file cannot begin.
Your file must also include either proof of the profession stated in the authorization or, when applicable, official proof of your family relationship. We do not set eligibility rules in place of the Saudi authorities. If you are unsure which visa fits you, we check with you before you start.
Documents to prepare
Your file brings together two kinds of documents. The visa authorization or invitation letter comes from Saudi Arabia. The rest you provide in Canada: the visa application form, fully completed and signed, a recent personal photo on a white background, proof of your profession or family relationship, and the notification paper, completed and signed. When required, the original passport is also requested so the visa can be placed in it; in that case, normally plan for at least six months of validity. Requirements
- Visa Application Form — Fully completed and signed by the applicant.
- Personal Photo — One recent photograph on a white background.
- Saudi Visa Authorization or Invitation Letter — The authorization or invitation issued from Saudi Arabia.
- Proof of Profession or Family Relationship — Either proof of the profession stated in the authorization, or official proof of the family relationship when applicable.
- Original Passport — When Required — The physical original passport, when it is needed for the visa to be placed in it. Normally plan for at least six months of validity.
- Notification Paper — Completed and signed by the applicant.

Who decides, and when
The visa is issued at the discretion of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. No agency can promise a date or a decision, and we do not publish timelines: each file is examined on its own.
What we control is the quality of the file: complete, consistent and submitted the way it is expected. A complete file from the start avoids back-and-forth. Wait until you have your visa before buying a non-refundable ticket.

What is the visa authorization or invitation letter?
It is the starting document of your file. It is issued from Saudi Arabia, not in Canada, so we cannot issue it for you. Once you have it, we prepare the rest of the file with you.
Which proof do I need, profession or family relationship?
Either proof of the profession stated in the authorization or, when applicable, official proof of the family relationship. We tell you which one fits your situation before you gather your documents.
Do I have to live in Quebec to use your service?
No. Our visa service covers all of Canada: you send us your documents by mail, and we follow your file with you by phone or email.
Do I have to go through an agent?
All applicants must process their visa through an approved agent. Voyages Classy Travel is an authorized agent of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Canada.
Can you guarantee that the visa will be granted?
No. Nobody can: the visa is issued at the discretion of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. Our role is to submit a complete, compliant file so that a missing document doesn’t hold you up.
